I can’t seem to leave my left eyebrow alone. The right one is almost half grown back now from the last little escapade… but I’ve already pulled off all of the left one twice again (tonight and maybe 3 nights beforehand) so that its completely bare now… AGAIN…
oh, and I’ve also started to pull at different areas on my head now, too. little in the front, some on either side… and of course… the crown….
and I’m doing this again, while I’m in bed.
meh =/ trying to keep on top of it but slipping quickly… must get myself to therapist. heh. transportation is an issue which is what has prevented me from going back sooner….
